The Filewood Taxidermy business was started in 2004 by owner and taxidermist Ronnie
Filewood, Ronnie has much pride is his business and is always looking at reference
photos of all animals to help him visualize what each and every animal he works on looks
like. He strives to put out an excellent product for each hunter and backs his work with a
lifetime warranty. Ronnie attended school at The Central Texas School Of Taxidermy in
Llano Texas.
Ronnie is a member of The Texas Taxidermy Association, Texas Trophy Hunters,
Buckmasters, Breakthrough Taxidermy Magazine and Taxidermy Today. He is also a
hunter himself. He understands that hunters want a quality mount at an affordable price.
